1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service, or to create any QR code or content through the Service, for any purpose that is:

• Illegal under any applicable law or regulation;
• Deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading — including, without limitation, QR codes designed to impersonate another person or business, or to trick someone into providing sensitive information (phishing);
• Malicious — including, without limitation, distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code, or linking to content designed to damage or gain unauthorized access to a device or system;
• Infringing on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• Harassing, threatening, abusive, or otherwise intended to harm another person; or
• Intended to distribute spam or unsolicited bulk communications.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this section and to disable, suspend, or terminate any account or QR code that we determine, in our reasonable judgment, violates this policy — with or without prior notice.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you enter into the Service, including the information contained in your QR codes and any files you upload. By submitting content to the Service, you grant Tagtical Solutions a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely as necessary to operate the Service and to deliver your QR codes to the people who scan them. You are solely responsible for the content you create and for ensuring you have the right to use it.

4. Third-Party Content and Links

QR codes created through the Service may link to, redirect to, or display content hosted by third parties or supplied by other users — for example, a website, social media profile, video, or document that a user has chosen to link to. Tagtical Solutions does not review, control, endorse, or take responsibility for any such third-party content. Tagtical Solutions is not liable for any content, products, services, or consequences arising from a third-party destination linked from a user-created QR code. You access any such third-party content at your own risk.

5. The Service Is Provided "As Is"

The Service is currently provided free of charge and on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any feature of it, at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tagtical Solutions and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — including, without limitation, any harm resulting from content linked through a QR code created by you or any other user. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount, if any, that you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tagtical Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, third parties, or Tagtical Solutions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
